CDF AGM – Wednesday, 26 January 2022

As a Community Benefit Society, we must also complete an annual report for the Financial Conduct Authority. This was recently submitted for the 2020/21 accounting period and has been accepted by the FCA.  The report is available to view here: Mutuals Public Register: Cricklade Development Foundation Limited (fca.org.uk) 

We now have 121 members that have joined us to help raise funds to buy and renovate the police station.  This is an increase of over 100 on last year’s AGM – an excellent result!   We therefore look forward to finally holding an AGM at the Town Hall (not via Zoom as in previous years) and meeting our members in person (Covid restrictions permitting)!
