First AGM – Closed Meeting

by | Mar 18, 2020

With regret, and due to the current situation with the Coronavirus pandemic, to comply with Government advice the Directors of Cricklade Development Foundation Limited, a Community Benefit Society, have taken the decision to hold their AGM as a closed meeting. The meeting will be held by the Directors, to comply with legal requirements, but in this instance will not be open to members of the public.

We had hoped to use the event to publicise the work we are trying to do to keep and preserve our High Street and the great range of services our High Street has. This initiative Is still very important to Cricklade and whilst public events will not be possible for the foreseeable future we would encourage everyone to visit our website and Facebook for the current status – your support is much needed and we would be happy to be contacted by anyone for further information or to receive your support, the easiest method being email or through our website.

At times like these it is even more important to show support for our High Street traders, as an organisation dedicated to preserving the High Street, we would encourage everyone able to be out and about to use Cricklade shops and services and together ensure they continue to serve us all for the years to come.

If you care about our High Street, then please continue to use it throughout the current crisis!
