CDF AGM Update – 7 November 2023

Earlier in November, we held our second AGM of the year.

This arose because we had decided to move our regular AGM date from the beginning of the year to November/December time. This makes more sense from an administrative point of view, but given our financial year end is the 30 September, it also presented a challenging time-frame for our Treasurer, David Tetlow.  He now had to prepare accounts in just a few weeks and hand them over to our Independent Examiner, John Harman, for him to carry out his important role.

Thankfully, both David and John rose to the occasion and produced final and examined accounts for circulation to our membership prior to our AGM held on the 7 November 2023.  This was an excellent effort, which hopefully, they will endeavour to repeat next year.
