CDF AGM – Tuesday, 26 January 2021

The Society will be holding our next AGM on Tuesday, 26 January 2021 at 7pm via Zoom.  Please click on our website Governance & AGM | Cricklade Development Foundation (crickladefoundation.org.uk) to see the AGM Notice and associated paperwork.  All are invited to attend, but only our membership will be entitled to vote.

At our last AGM, we hoped to introduce the Society, and its aims to help strengthen the viability of the High Street, to the wider Cricklade public.  Unfortunately, the public event had to be cancelled due to the Covid crisis; and many months on, the situation remains the same.  However, once the crisis is over, we will hopefully arrange a public event and introduce ourselves then.

In the meantime, we are gratified that the existence of our excellent High Street businesses (and Culverhay Stores) have proved their worth and value to our community by stepping up to the plate during this very difficult time.  It’s also great to see our community supporting our local businesses too!  Everyone has rallied together, and hopefully, the experiences of the past year will help put the future of our High Street, and the resilience of our community, on to firmer foundations than before.
